OUR STORY
A family form, since 1993.
Marino, Menz & Company, LLC is a family accounting firm established in May 1993.
Our founder, Thomas Marino, began his career as an internal auditor in the retail industry and spent several years as controller for a clothing manufacturer. After many years in New York City's garment district, Tom decided it was time to go out on his own, and he built this practice from the ground up on multiple levels.
In 2004, Tom's daughter, Melissa Menz, joined the firm after earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hofstra University, bringing experience from her work with other smaller firms. Together they were a great team for 14 years.
Today, Melissa runs the company in her father's memory, guided by everything he stood for and taught her. The firm has since grown to include full- and part-time associates.
